Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the private internal dashboard operated by Terraline LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Terraline," "we," "us"), and to our website at terralinefl.com. By accessing the dashboard, you agree to these Terms.

1. Private, invite-only access

The dashboard is private and available by invitation only. It is intended for Terraline team members and others we have expressly invited. You may not share your access with anyone else.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the dashboard only for Terraline business purposes.
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not let others use them.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or interfere with other users.
• Do not copy, share, or disclose dashboard data outside Terraline without permission.
• Follow all applicable laws.

3. QuickBooks connection

The dashboard connects to QuickBooks Online on a read-only basis to display invoices, expenses, customers, and profit and loss data. It does not create, change, or delete anything in QuickBooks. This access can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks.

4. Accuracy of information

Dashboard figures and reports come from work records and connected accounts, and they may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors. Nothing in the dashboard or on this website is tax, legal, or accounting advice. Confirm important numbers against your source records and consult a qualified professional when needed.

5. Availability "as is"

The dashboard and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terraline LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the dashboard or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the use of the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

7. Termination

We may suspend or end anyone's access to the dashboard at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the dashboard at any time.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
